It has already well established itself as one of Sheffield’s top 10 key developments and one of the city's biggest and most prestigious to date attracting an eclectic mix of residents and thriving businesses.
Download (PDF)Phase 2 plans to extend the development into the surrounds in 2012 include converting an extensive area of listed buildings to create innovative four bedroom flat roof town houses – with allotments. With almost 4,100 residents and hundreds more set to move here during the next couple of years, the area is ripe for street retail and café culture. It has a growing creative base including design and PR agencies, innovative product designers and popular small scale artisan manufacturers of scissors and cutlery.
