Phase 2 Underway!

The demolition of neighbouring buildings Miba Tyzak and Green Lane works is ongoing to make way for phase 2 of Kelham Riverside. This new phase will extend the development into the surrounds include converting these listed buildings to create innovative four bedroom flat roof town houses - with allotments. This exciting final phase will complete the redevelopment of the land surrounding the goit. Once complete it will further transform the area bringing more residents, businesses and adding to the already vibrant community feel, plus add value to the entire development long term.
